Do you offer resell rights to your scripts? |

No we do not offer resell rights to our scripts, You cannot: Resell or redistribute our scripts (like we do). Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of MsPHPs.com. Make more than one website using the same script (you have to purchase the same script once more in order to make another website with the same script). On the other hand, we do have an affiliate system you can signup for free and make up to 50% on every sale.

If I purchase a script can I use it on multiple domains? |

By purchasing a script, you are permitted to use it on your own site/domain, meaning only 1 domain per script purchase. |

Yes, this can be purchased for an additional fee of $9.95. If you are interested in this you can ad the option to remove link in the script options when checking out. |

In terms of scripts, we do not offer refunds do to the fact that they are egoods. The only exception to this would be that if you did not recieve the script you purchased or if it did not work. As for our other services please view our terms of service. |

This all depends... as for updating current scripts, this is free of charge all you need to do is open a support ticket reguarding this. If we make a new version of the script you will need to pay the Script Upgrade service, this can be found in the "Updates & Installation" link located to the left of this page. |

Do you offer full source code to your scripts? |

Yes, most all of our scripts we provide come with access to full source code, however we do have a couple of our more advanced scripts which have a domain licensing module in them and include 99% php/html source code however there is 1 encoded lock file (sometimes more) which controls the licensing. The lock file will not affect the ability to amend the look, feel and structure of any scripts. |

In most cases it is validated almost immediately, however in some cases it can take up to 48 hours to fully validate a license do to the fact that me manually process and distribute our script licenses. |

What is a visit? Is that the same as a hit? |

Visits - These are quality visitors that many services cannot offer (or, they trick you into thinking that they are sending high quality visitors) (see the faqs page for more information). Many services send visitors who never even see your page. They use various tricks to send the traffic so that it looks like someone loaded your site. The visitors we send a real visitors who see your website. A visit occurs when someone actually loads your webpage.
Hits - These are not necessarily a unique visit. Technically, a hit occurs whenever a file is loaded... when you loaded this page, you generated quite a few hits - one for each image you loaded and one for the page itself. In common usage, people are referring to visits when they talk about hits. We count unique 24 hour visits only, not hits.

Yes - all campaigns come with free live statistics so you can keep track of our progress during your campaign. Before your campaign starts, you will receive an email with instructions to login to our customer control panel. Other statistics programs will also monitor our traffic, however accuracy may differ between them. For complete accuracy we recommend checking your raw server logs. |

We can only send traffic to websites with content that is appropriate for a general audience. Sites that contain or promote Additional pops including javascript prompts, windows that load with your website, windows that load when a user exits your website, automatic download boxes, sound (background or flash), scripting that alters a user's browser, adult or illegal content activities are not allowed. If you submit a campaign for any site that contains the above content, your order will be cancelled and no refund issued. (see terms and conditions for more information) |

How does bulk traffic compare to PPC (pay-per-click) advertising? |

Bulk traffic, except for language and/or geo targeting, is non-targeted. PPC ads like google AdWords are targeted to a specific search query for the potential customer. Think of bulk traffic like a television advertisement. While you are watching your favorite show, you see a pepsi commercial. The commercial is non-targeted, meaning it is delivered to all viewers, regardless if they drink soda or not. It is strictly a numbers game to reach thousands of potential customers at once and to help brand the product.
Normally, targeted traffic converts better. The downside to PPC advertising is that it can be extremely expensive and most top keywords and phrases are overpriced. Unless you monitor these campaigns very close, you can end up spending a lot more on clicks then you actually convert to sales. Bulk traffic should be considered as part of any advertising campaign. It is extremely inexpensive compared to targeted traffic and is a fast way to broadcast your website or service.

The website used as the click-thru URL cannot contain any of the following:
* Malicious scripting that installs viruses, spyware, adwares, malware, etc.

We suggest having a virus scanner enabled on your computer when checking flash (swf) banners. People with malicious intent can hide scripting within these files that can install viruses, adware, spware, take over your browser, etc...
